time pass ...

Yes, this is my new blog .. rather my public one.
For the last 3-4 weeks it's been hectic...many happenings at both wok as well as personal front... a transitional phase, hope everything goes on well.
Not trying hard to make things happen .... not sure, what is good and what will be better.
Sometimes feel, let things happen ... sometimes feel i may repent in future for missed opportunities. For the time being allowing things to happen on their own. Rather i should say, i am scared of acting on my own and making mistakes.

Ok, time to cool down ...

observing the leadership style of people around me ...

I feel a good leader has to be good human being first.
Then he should have the ability to communicate well.
It's a big advantage if u have some charisma ... that makes people under you feel safer and more obedient. But charisma is just a form of confidence, which is a derivative of goodness, so being a good human being makes you charismatic to some extent.

So, the bottom line characteristics for a true leader would be

--> Good human being (which includes virtues like truthfulness, compassion etc)
--> Courage (this I listed separately, because in general not all good people are courageous)
--> Communication skill (big advantage)
